Reporting season FY2010

The full year reporting season for FY10 is almost complete. With well-capitalised balance sheets following a torrid capital-raising season last financial year, much of the focus has been on delivering strategy for the post GFC world.

There is an increasing number of Australian companies with meaningful revenue and earnings exposure to international economies still struggling to register positive growth. Communicating plans to utilise capital and grow earnings is paramount. In this increasingly scrutinised arena CEOs are proceeding cautiously and emphasising effective communication with their stakeholders.
