Fleur Jouault joins Cosway team
Fleur Jouault is the most recent addition to the Cosway consulting team. Fleur joins Cosway as a Director and brings extensive transaction experience obtained during her investment banking career. Her role will be to advise clients on their investor relations, financial results as well as on their transaction communications strategy.
Most recently Fleur worked at Macquarie Bank in the Equity Capital Markets Division where she was focused on the positioning of the ECM business.
She has also worked for Merrill Lynch and UBS where she provided expert counsel on numerous M&A and capital market transactions for Primac, Parbury, MCI WorldCom, Adsteam Marine, Envestra, Austereo, Fairfax Media, QBE, Mirvac and Baycorp.
Fleur holds a Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Laws, and a Diploma of Languages (French) all received from the University of Sydney.
