Fleur Jouault – Director

Fleur joined the Cosway team in 2010 bringing with her over 15 years of experience in the banking and finance sector.

Fleur’s role is to advise various Cosway clients on their investor relations and financial results communications.

Prior to joining Cosway, Fleur worked at Macquarie Bank in the Equity Capital Markets Division where she was focussed on the positioning of the ECM business.

Prior to this role, Fleur held various positions at Merrill Lynch and UBS where she worked on numerous M&A and capital market transactions for Primac, Parbury, MCI WorldCom, Adsteam Marine, Envestra, Austereo, Fairfax Media, QBE, Mirvac and Baycorp.

Fleur was responsible for preparing the requisite documentation including bidder and target statements, capital raising and prospectus documents. She also participated in due diligence and sales and marketing roadshows.

Fleur holds a Bachelor of Economics, Bachelor of Laws and a Diploma of Languages (French) from the University of Sydney.

Fleur is a keen runner and interested in all things French.
