Our experience in a range of sectors and market conditions allows us to "hit the ground running", putting into effect a comprehensive communications and issues management program that dove-tails with the overall transaction or corporate timetable.
Cosway can either act as the lead communications advisors for a deal team or work in cooperation with the in-house corporate affairs/investor relations team to coordinate media management, shareholder communications, internal stakeholder communications as well as telemarketing, mail-house and other suppliers.
