Cosway has served and continues to serve many of Australia's blue-chip corporations including Suncorp, Village Roadshow, Promina, Consolidated Press Holdings, Lend Lease, Investa Property Group, Babcock & Brown, Lion Nathan and Telecom New Zealand, providing them with strategic communications counsel.
Cosway has developed considerable expertise in helping organisations mitigate the impact of litigation on reputation, Royal Commissions, liquidator's examinations, tribunal, and regulator inquiries as well as commercial litigation. Assignments have included: Publishing & Broadcasting (One.Tel failure); Citigroup (ASIC allegations of insider trading in Toll Holdings); Berkshire Hathaway (repositioning Gen Re after the HIH Royal Commission) and National Wealth Management (investigations by ASIC and APRA in relation to unit price reductions).
Other assignments have included: Mitsubishi Motors Australia (closure of vehicle manufacturing plant); Visa International (RBA regulation of credit card systems); Lend Lease (repositioning of LLC following sale of MLC and eventual group restructuring, and incidents including exoneration re Thredbo landslide, and Sydney Water scare); and Australian Bankers Association (repositioning after the "Cash for comment" issue).
